Returns are accepted if your item is damaged
and will be processed once i have received the item. A refund will be issued in the event the issue cannot be fixed.
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Post items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
This does not include damage caused by the postal service. Only in the unlikely event it arrives with a build issue. This also does not inclued Handmade Artisan flaws that may occure - these will be out lined within product listings.
No refunds will be issued for incorrect size purchases,
please check item details carefully before checking out. If you need help with sizing please contact me.
