Looking after your jewellery -

Each piece of my jewellery is hand foraged with love & care that's made to last but to ensure you protect the Gemstones in your piece i advise you to remove at night, when washing up and during your more adventurous activitives. It's best to avoid contact with oils/perfumes. Also avoid silver polishing compounds if your piece has been oxidised.

When it comes to cleaning less is more, try using a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth. Sterling silver will tarnish over time when not being worn, don't worry buffing with a soft cloth should remove this but to avoid tarnishing while storing your piece try to keep it in an air tight bag.

Returns are accepted if your item is damaged

and will be processed once i have recieved the item. A refund will be issued in the event the issue cannot be fixed.

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Post items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

This does not include damage caused by the postal service. Only in the unlikely event it arrives with a build issue. This also does not inclued Handmade Artisan flaws that may occure - these will be out lined within product listings.

 

No refunds will be issued for incorrect size purchases

Ready to ship items will be posted within 1-3 working Days.

 

Shipping Method

Items are shipped with the Royal Mail - Intl Tracked & Signed or UK Special delivery. You will recieve a tracking code once your item has been shipped. Estimated delievery times for UK orders: 1pm the next buisness day.  International: Europe 3-5 working days & Worldwide 5 - 7 working days but on occasion 1-3 Weeks (please contact me for more details on individual countries)

Please be aware the postal service used once the item arrives in your country is out of my control. If you prefer your item to be shipped Insured by a courier this can be arranged at an extra fee, please select "Courier Insured" shipping option at checkout. 

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

I am not responsible for loss or damage to your item once it has been shipped.
